We would recommend two baristas for events up to 200 guests then we would recommend having a third for an extra pair of hands to help with the flow of service and efficiency at larger events.

For smaller weddings and special events we like to have around 1.5 to 2 hours to set up, for larger corporate exhibitions and conferences we like to set up the day before in case there are any additional challenges that need addressed.

We can provide our beautiful rustic coffee bar, or a custom branded conference coffee bar. Alternatively we can provide you with all the information you need to build a coffee bar into your exhibition or conference stand.

We use only the highest quality, speciality grade coffee. We like to use single origin beans and our current favourite is a delicious Brazilian coffee from the Fazenda Pantano farm, which is roasted by Dear Green Coffee in Glasgow, Scotland. This coffee is a yellow bourbon varietal and processed using the pulped natural process. With delicious taste notes of chocolate, caramel and peanut this coffee is both fantastic when prepared with milk and also as a black coffee.
-
Smart and clean our baristas typically wear a smart shirt and trousers, with an apron provided. The apron can be unbranded or display our company logo.
-
We can provide sweet treats and snacks that go great alongside the coffee bar. Pastries like croissants or fruit danish, or savoury treats like sausage rolls. We also have vegan and gluten free options.
-
Our coffee menu is completely customisable! We have tried to cover all bases but if you have something quirky you want to try then don’t hesitate to ask!

For smaller weddings and special events we would need 2x 13amp plug sockets to split the load of the coffee machines and grinder. At larger events we require 2x 16amp plug sockets to incorporate any additional equipment, or higher powered machines.
-
At smaller events we would require around 2.5 by 1.5 m to accommodate the coffee bar and working area. For larger bars we would need around 3m squared.
